ABOVO’s regular return policy is 15 days for a full return or exchange after the date of purchase if all items are intact, not damaged, tags are connected & not tampered with, items are not a part of sale or promotion and they are returned within the 15 day window. 

We have adjusted this policy for the holiday season to allow for our customers to shop with confidence this holiday season.

Items purchased on or after the date of November 3rd 2023 are able to be exchanged for a different size or product of the same price or more or able to be given store credit up until January 15th 2024. After this date sales are final and items are not able to be exchanged. Store Credit expires (6 months) after credit is received. Shop ABOVO will not accept any items if they are damaged, destroyed or if the tags have been taken off. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must have all tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Bathing suits cannot be returned or any other intimate clothing items.

No returns on plants/florals, glassware, accessories, shoes, food, gift items, gift cards, personal care items, bathing items, or anything from the boozy collection or items of this nature.

Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any allergic reactions to metals, cloth, or any product sold. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once the item has left the store it is mutually agreed upon that the item was in pristine shape upon purchase (unless alternate arrangements were made) This means items returned with stains, damage etc are the customers doing/responsibility. Shop ABOVO will not be held liable for these issues and therefore will not issue refunds/returns for damaged goods.

Once an item is exchanged it can not be exchanged again.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shopabovo@gmail.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Marked down or discounted items may not be returned under any circumstance.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts if Applicable

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the purchaser of the item will receive a credit for the value of your return. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our brick and mortar location, 531 Us Highway 22 E, US-22, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
